The food was perfect. Great taste. I loved the side of avocado and side salad. My steak Quesadilla was awesome. My server was exceptionally outstanding. Excellent place to relax.

Super nice place, great service & staff, amazing food... just all around good time. There are so many more things I want to try. That house margarita put me down so bad, but in a good way the street corn is so good, a favorite so far. The birria was so flavorful & cheesy, omg the menu is full of tasty looking items that I can't wait to go back for. Our waiter was so polite & attentive. I forgot his name, but his facial hair is on point. UPDATE: Jesse, our waiter was Jesse thanks again for a great 1st time experience. You are awesome

Estevan is amazing server. He greeted us with smile . He asked if we wanted drinks. Pepsi products. He brought out our food right after we ordered. He asked us what would like. Gave us options and it's on the menu. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food and you wouldn't leave not hungry. They have portions sizes. Food comes out hot and fresh. They have room in the restaurant. You don't have to wait. They work hard. Clean restroom definitely we are coming back and have our new favorite. Thank you guys for excellent food. We are amazed and happy . Also in love with your guys food..

Decided to try this place while out running errands with my husband. The food is delicious and the staff is great. Our waitress was very friendly and was delighted to help me practice my Spanish. In addition to the usual Mexican dishes like street tacos and burritos, they also have traditional Mayan and Aztec dishes like Cochinita Pibil and Molcajete. We will definitely be visiting again. UPDATE 5-6-25: We have been a few more times since my first review. Queso's has become a favorite. The food is always delicious. I recommend the quesabirria tacos, charro beans, or the sopes. The staff is always friendly and professional. I often practice my Spanish with them and they are very nice and appreciate my attempt. Me encanta Queso porque la comida es deliciosa y los cameraros son muy amables y excelente a sus trabajos. I recently developed a food allergy. I have found that some restaurants are not very accommodating. Their response is that they can't guarantee or don't know if my allergen is in their food. Queso is one of the few restaurants that I feel comfortable. All their food is freshly made and they assume me that my allergen is not an ingredient in anything they serve. Because it's a new allergy, I'm still in the paranoid phase and the staff is understanding when I ask.

Refreshing! The food is tasty and fresh. The margaritas are very good! They never disappoint! The place is always clean. Been here a few times and each time I have no major complaints. My only feedback is, it takes a while for a server to come, but no worries, it tip well! :) Will definitely go back! Pictured: queso, chicken burrito bowl and house margarita.

We stopped by for a second visit, and once again we weren't disappointed. My wife loved the flavor of the Chicken Flautas because they were crispy on the outside, and chock full of flavorful chicken on the inside. My son loved the Arroz Con Pollo again because the chicken was perfectly cooked, and had nice grill marks on them, and had a good amount of queso on the them. The Caldo De Res soup was delicious and flavorful with lots of vegetables and meat. The jalapeno, onion, cilantro and lime toppings made the soup taste even better. Our server did a great job, especially since she has only been a server for a court of days. The decor is hip and modern, and not something one would find at most Mexican restaurants. The staff was friendly and immediately served us chips and salsa. The chips were crispy, and the salsa was fresh and had a hint of heat. We started our meal with the Trio Appetizer, which included the Mango Pico de Gallo, Queso, and Guacamole. The Mango Pico de Gallo was addictive because of the fresh ingredients and was light and refreshing on a warm summer day. The Queso was creamy, cheesy, and a hint of spice. The guacamole was creamy, mild, and flavorful. For dinner, my wife had the Burrito Bowl, and she enjoyed every bite. My son also enjoyed the Arroz Con Pollo and finished his plate. I ordered the Mix 'n' Match Street Tacos. The Grilled Cactus was very tender, the Cochinita Pibil was tender, citrusy, and juicy, and the Barbacoa was tender, meaty, and smoky. My side of Sweet Plantains was delicious. Perfectly fried with crispy edges and soft and sweet on the inside. For dessert, we ordered both the churros and the Fried Ice Cream. The Churros were crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and coated in a cinnamon sugar. They were so delicious, especially when followed by some vanilla ice cream. Next, the Fried Ice Cream was creamy, and the coating had a cinnamon flavor and a crunch to it. It's very delicious as well. All in all, a great meal and experience, especially for a soft opening.

The food is great—the street (steak / chicken) tacos and black beans are my favorite. The beans are soft and seasoned well, unlike some places. They have different specials everyday including 4.99 kids meals on Mondays and Tuesdays. The house margarita is nice too! As for the facilities, the dining area and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. In the summer, they have garage doors that roll up for the “outside” effect. There’s ample free parking and the entrance is handicap accessible. This is a local favorite!

When we arrived, they tried to put seven of us in a booth, plus our jackets, it was very uncomfortable. We finally asked if we could put several tables together instead, and they agreed. The rest of our experience was amazing. They offer gluten-free options if needed. Everyone's meal was delicious and better than the Tex-Mex we get in Texas. Also, their salsa was amazing. Lots of food, for a reasonable price.
